  7. MageNet is unique among the pagan and occult networks.  MageNet echos
  8. are low traffic, low chatter, high quality information sources.

  10. You won't find bickering on MageNet.  Echo moderators are up to date in
  11. their echos.

  13. What you will find in MageNet echos are highly skilled and respected
  14. individuals throughout the pagan and magic community.  You'll find the
  15. movers and shakers, and those standing up for pagan rights.

  22.            Topics include everything from spell craft to party planning.
  23. BARDTALE - For pagan musicians or those just interested in pagan music. 
  24.            Moderated by a pagan musician with over 15 years study of
  25.            music and voice.
  26. PAGANLIT - For pagan writers or writings.
  27.            Moderated by a pagan novelist.
  28. BARTER   - Old-time barter and for sale echo.
  29.            Buy/Sell and Trade all sorts of things, from incense to
  30.            costume making.
  31. WARRIOR  - For all pagan warrior traditions, modern and historical.
  32.            Explore those traditions which have fought over the years
  33.            for our freedoms.  Moderated by an active member of one
  34.            such organization.
  35. RANGER   - A Pagan 'woodsperson' echo.  Topics range from wild edible
  36.            plants to self sufficiency and survival.
  37. MAGESYS  - MageNet Sysops-only echo.
  38. FOLKLORE - Myths, legends and plain ol' 'folk'-lore.
  39. COR      - 'Church of the Old Religion' echo.
  40.            Primarly a teaching echo.
  41. MILPAGAN - The Pagans in the Military echo.
  42.            A contact point for pagans serving or discharged honorably from
  43.            military service.  Founder of this echo has formed an
  44.            organization to push the military to accept pagan chaplains,
  45.            and other benefits for pagans.
  46. CELTICSTUDIES - For SERIOUS discussions of celtic heritage and historical
  47.            study.

  61. All you need to do to join MageNet is to send the nodelist coordinator
  62. (Jim McLaughlin) netmail at fidonet address (1:107/585), giving the basic
  63. info for our nodelist and an AREAFIX password to use.
